The social nights… Much of the social activity in the theatre hinges around the theatre bar, which offers a wide range of drinks and snacks. The Members Club puts on a number of social events each month, including both regular events (such as a ‘Thirsty Thursday’ on the last Thursday of each month) and one off occasions ranging from regular film nights to live music, from cake competitions to murder mysteries and many more. The Social Administrator is Adam Crook. If you’re interested in helping out, or running a social event, please let Adam know.
Social Calendar 2010 The events for the rest of the 2010 social calendar are: August September October November Please review Backstage (the club magazine) and the online discussion board for more information about these events.
Social Calendar 2011 Submissions for the 2011 Social Calendar are now open! Fancy putting on a Fancy Dress Night? Considering a quiz? Could you murder a good mystery, or be interested in bursting into song? All suggestions are welcome, as are outpourings of support for anything you’d like to see happen next year.
If you’ve got an offer that you’d like to be considered, please fill in the form here and send it to Adam or complete one of the hard copies left in the theatre bar and leave it behind the bar marked with ‘FAO Social’. One or other is fine - doing both would be a bit silly. Please aim to get any offers in by the end of September 2010!
